AutoStore Installation

IIS is an approved AutoStore installer. When integrators and distributors engineer an AutoStore system, our crews execute the physical build — grid, ports, and bins — assembled level, square, and on schedule.

Millimeters Matter

AutoStore is a high-density, goods-to-person storage and retrieval system: robots traveling a precision aluminum grid above tightly stacked bins. The robots only run right if the grid is built right — every upright plumb, every rail true, every tolerance held across thousands of square feet.

That’s installation work most contractors haven’t done. IIS has. Our crews have assembled these systems in live facilities and new builds alike, and our field leadership knows where grid construction goes wrong before it does.

From Crates to Commissioning

Your team designs and sells the system; ours installs it. We receive the components, stage the site, construct the grid, set the ports, place the bins, and prepare the system for robot deployment and commissioning — coordinating throughout with your project engineers and the AutoStore delivery schedule.

Full-time IIS crews handle the entire mechanical scope, and our electrical teams are available for power and integration support, keeping the whole installation under one contractor.
