About Indiana Industrial Services
Indiana Industrial Services, established in 1985, is an employee-owned company providing mechanical installation, electrical, and control solutions. For over four decades, we have built our reputation on reliability, performance, and long-term partnerships across the industry.
Ownership Drives Accountability — and Accountability Drives Results
As an ESOP company, our employees are owners. Every project is backed by a team with a personal stake in delivering exceptional workmanship, meeting schedules, and exceeding expectations.
All work is performed by trained, full-time employees, ensuring consistent quality, accountability, and safe project execution on every jobsite. Our people stay with us for years — which means the crew that impressed you on the last project is the crew you’ll see on the next one.
Planned Carefully. Executed Professionally.
Whether we’re installing a new system or decommissioning an old one, every project requires meticulous planning and careful execution. Because our workforce consists of experienced employee-owners rather than temporary labor, our clients receive a consistent, professional team capable of managing complex projects with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
On every job, we deliver the expertise, manpower, and project coordination needed to keep your project on schedule and on budget.
Safety Is Embedded in Our Culture
Through strict standards, continuous training, and strong job-site leadership, our goal is clear: complete every project safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
That commitment is verified from the outside, too. IIS is approved by Avetta (new tab), the third-party compliance organization that vets and continuously tracks contractor safety on behalf of the companies that hire them. When you bring IIS onto a site, our safety record has already been checked — by someone other than us.
We Don't Compete With the Companies That Hire Us
Integrity and partnership are the core of how we operate. IIS does not design systems and does not sell to end users. The distributors and manufacturers who engineer warehouse systems hand us their blueprints because we work strictly as an extension of their team — never as a rival for their customers.
That’s how partnerships here are measured in decades, not projects.
Our Mission
To be the most trusted installation partner in the material handling industry by delivering reliable, high-quality work that our clients can count on every time.
Three Locations. Most of the Country.
We are licensed electrically in 37 states and mechanically in 36 states, with physical locations in Indiana, Ohio, and Texas. If your project lands somewhere we’re not yet licensed, we’ll obtain what’s needed to get there.
