Typical Scheduled Conveyor Maintenance
- Check and lubricate bearings, universal joints, and pulleys
- Check chain tension and wear; lubricate
- Check sprocket alignment, wear, and set screws
- Check flat belt tension, wear, and lacing
- Check V-belt tension, wear, and sheave alignment
- Inspect gearboxes for leakage
- Assess the general condition of the system
- Operate the full system after service
- Document any items requiring replacement or repair
