Electrical
A complete in-house electrical department — licensed electricians, controls engineers, UL 508A panel builders, and PLC programmers — handling everything from a single equipment hookup to plant-wide power and controls.
The Full Electrical Scope, One Team
Our electrical team is staffed by licensed, highly experienced professionals trained in current technologies, installation methods, and diagnostic tools. The work spans:
- New electrical system installations for automation and robotic systems
- Upgrades and retrofits to improve capacity, efficiency, and safety
- Power distribution
- Warehouse, pick module, and facility lighting
- Controls and system integration
- Equipment hookups
Small system or multi-panel plant floor — the same problem-solving crew sees it through from rough-in to commissioning.
Built and Certified In-House
IIS is a UL 508A certified panel builder for industrial control panels — a credential few installation contractors hold. Panels are engineered, fabricated, and documented in our own shop, with in-house electrical engineering covering control system design, one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and as-wired drawings delivered with every system.
Because design, fabrication, and field installation live under one roof, your panel arrives built for the floor it’s going to — not adapted to it after the fact.
Programmed for How the System Actually Runs
Our controls engineers program and document PLCs across the major platforms — Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Automation Direct, and more — along with HMI development, diagnostics, and operator training. Standard development is Allen-Bradley on current Rockwell software, with full documentation turned over at project completion.
Powering Material Handling
Material handling systems don’t move until they’re powered and programmed. The same company whose crews install your racking and conveyor wires it, panels it, and brings it live — one contractor, zero coordination gaps.
